The AWMA Show, sponsored by the American Wholesale Marketers Association, is the show for warehouse-distributed snacks, candy, tobacco and convenience products. In an exciting two days, power buyers in warehouse distribution examine convenience products and distribution technologies exhibited by manufacturers.

The entire AWMA Show—education sessions, the expo and all networking and social functions—will be conveniently held under one roof at The Paris Hotel.

BOOTH RENTAL
Your booth rental includes four complimentary exhibitor registrations with each 10' x 10' booth. Every registered booth staff member is invited to participate in all AWMA convention events—including receptions, lunches, all educational sessions and refreshment breaks.
RUN A SHOW-ONLY DEAL
Companies running a show-only deal—exclusive to buyers who place orders at the AWMA Show—will be noted in the AWMA Show pocket program guide.
We will also give you a FREE shelf in the Exhibitor Product Showcase on the show floor.

Minimum booth size: 10’ x 10’
AWMA member rate: $2,900 per 10’ x 10’ booth
Non-member rate: $3,300 per 10’ x 10’ booth
Booth sizes of 20’ x 20’ or larger will be prominently featured on our floor plan with your company name right on the floor plan map that is on our website, included in Convenience Distribution magazine and distributed to all attendees onsite.
INCLUDED WITH BOOTH SPACE:
- 4 complimentary registrations per 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.)
- Company listing in the event directory onsite

- 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drape (for in-line booths only)
- 7” x 44” booth identification sign (in-line booths only)
- Aisle carpet
- Carpeting. The Paris Hotel is already carpeted and therefore, booth carpeting is included with your booth space. Additional carpeting would be an extra charge and purchased through Freeman Decorating.
- Furniture, utilities, and any other additional services are not included. These items should be purchased through vendors provided in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
