Refreshed with new categories to help grow your businesses, more education, and expanded networking opportunities

Refocused to zero in on the issues distributors care most about – all new educational tracks designed especially for top executives, category decision-makers, technology and logistics professionals

Re-engerized to respond to the evolving business climate and new business building opportunities beyond traditional categories

Specific changes include:

  • New show days – in response to your feedback, we have adjusted the days of the show—the show will kick off on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 and will end on Thursday afternoon at 4 pm.  
  • Expanded education program will now include more than 6 breakout sessions, plus three super sessions, plus the AWMA Buyer's Program.  The sessions will focus on delivering new ideas and strong take away value to manufacturers and key positions in distributor companies including:  top management, key category buyers, foodservice, technology and logistics staff.
  • Refreshed exhibit hall introduces the AWMA Café & Lounge where the Wednesday evening reception will be held and where lunch will be served both days.  AWMA Café is an ideal networking lounge, right on the show floor.  
  • Registration discounts to encourage distributors to bring their management team – where the entire team can learn new business building strategies, see the latest products and learn how to keep their businesses ahead of the curve in these challenging times.  
  • More products and product categories in the exhibit hall – we will continue our focus on strong representation of core categories while expanding the scope of companies that are exhibiting to include foodservice equipment and programs, technology, logistics and warehouse management – all key areas of focus for wholesale distributors.  
  • $10,000 is cash prize giveaways for AWMA Distributor Members.
